Girls' Generation (SNSD) I Got a Boy - Scene Cuts

Girls' Generation (SNSD) I Got a Boy Scene Cuts
I Got a Boy is the fourth Korean studio album (sixth overall) by South Korean girl group Girls' Generation. It was released on January 1, 2013, by S.M. Entertainment. The album, which contains recordings dating back to 2008, is the first Korean album by the whole group after a fourteen-month hiatus, a sub-unit of members TaeTiSeo in April 2012 and the release of their second Japanese album, Girls' Generation II: Girls & Peace. Member Seohyun explained the album strays away from the group's usual releases with the album being described as a "time machine" which explores the group's past and future. The album was preceded by the pre-release single, "Dancing Queen", released on December 21, 2012. The title track, "I Got a Boy", was released digitally on January 1, 2013. According to Billboard, the album contains "polished K-pop confections" that combines many different musical elements such as 80s new wave, electronic dance music, and modern R&B, that would appeal to not just K-Pop fans but also other listeners of popular music as well.
